The Candy Cornsicle

Disclaimer: just because you make a fancy popsicle doesn’t mean they’ll know what to do with it 💀

For kids—to make this super easy, you can achieve the same thing with store-bought baby food (orange, yellow, then use milk for the white!)

For adults—add some tequila to one (or three) of the layers 🤪

You’ll love how simple and satisfying these popsicles are—plus, they’re a perfect way to use up leftovers without any waste . . . almost, just almost, like you planned it.

Makes: 4 baby popsicles
* White layer: 1/4 cup coconut cream (or milk) + 1/2 tsp vanilla
* Orange layer: 1/4 cup tangerine juice + 2 tsp beet powder (I wanted a deeper orange that would contrast with the yellow!)
* Yellow layer: 1 yellow carrot + 1/4 banana + 1 2 tsp lime juice blended in food processor.

Directions:

1. Fill molds evenly with white layer. Freeze until solid.

2. Add orange layer on top but only let it get semi frozen (so you can eventually punch the sticks in).

3. Add the yellow layer, put in the sticks, and freeze until solid!

Note: a silicone mold (we used this one) makes it super easy to remove the popsicles (just don’t put it in the dishwasher!)
